Returns Policy

All custom orders are non-refundable.

For hygiene reasons, all items containing earrings or nose pieces are non-refundable.

Items eligible for return must be sent back at the sender’s expense. This cost will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty Items:

All items are quality-checked before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please email loomlustre@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. In your email, include a picture of the fault, the date of purchase, and your order number. All faulty items will be exchanged for the same product. If the same product is not available, a refund will be issued.

 

Please allow up to 48 hours for a response after notifying us of a fault. Faulty items must be returned to us within 14 days in their original packaging (a return label will be provided).
